The rates assessed to any project is customized based on the source language and target language, technical difficulty of the language, the source document clarity (style and format), the target document format(s), and the delivery deadline please send us an email to info@swahiliplus.com

We are happy to provide you with a free no-obligation confidential document translation quote. Because each quote is customized given the criteria above, it is important to examine the actual source documents before we can give you a quote. Rough estimates can be given on sample documents, but the actual quote will be based on the final document you turn in for quotation.

Electronic copies: To receive your custom estimate for Microsoft Word, PDF, or other documents on your computer (including image files), please email your documents to info@swahiliplus.com. 

Hard copies: If you want to send hard copies please request mail address by email above.

Important: Please include the following instructions:

• The target language or languages that the document needs to be translated into
• Your desired document translation delivery date
• Any special formatting instructions
• And please indicate if you will require us to proofread your translated documents after typesetting
